How an engagement works

From first conversation to readout, built so you share as little as possible and see as much as possible.

From request to readout

  1. Request

Tell us about your plan: its size, your PBM and your renewal month.

  2. Data Use Agreement

We sign a Data Use Agreement covering a limited data set. No names or addresses.

  3. One claims file

Your PBM or TPA provides one pharmacy claims extract. No system integration.

  4. Every claim checked

Each claim is priced against the federal benchmark in force on its fill date, with a documented trail for every result.

  5. Readout

We walk your team, and your consultant if you have one, through the findings.

  6. Ongoing monitoring

Optional reviews timed to your PBM’s reports.

Every claim, not a sample

Many reviews test a sample and extrapolate. Expose FI reviews every claim in the file, and every result can be traced back to its source and reproduced.

Your data, handled with care

Limited data set

We work from a claims extract with direct identifiers removed, under a Data Use Agreement.

Your environment or ours

The analysis can run inside your own environment so the data never leaves your control, or on our hosted platform.

Built to SOC 2 controls

Our hosted platform, built by 531 Digital, runs to SOC 2 controls. Our SOC 2 audit is in progress.

Reproducible results

Every result is tied to the benchmark version in force on its fill date, so the analysis can be rerun and checked.

What we don’t do

Expose FI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We don’t evaluate clinical programs or formulary choices. Our results describe pricing variance against a public federal benchmark.
